My Candidacy Represents The Two Clans In Etsako - Afebu Aigbonoga

The PDP candidate for Etsako West Constituency 2 in the Edo State House of Assembly, Bar Afebu Aigbonoga, has characterised his candidacy as a 'symbol of unity' and convergence of interest between the two clans in the Constituency.

Bar. Afebu made the assertion at a campaign rally in Uzairue, Etsako West.

ceremony said  Uzairue and South lbie jointly constitute what is known as 'Etsako West Constituency 2' and enjoined the people to rally behind the party in the general elections

Bar. Afebu defeated the incumbent PDP member at the party primaries to emerge as the party's flag bearer for the Constituency 2 seat. Bar.
Afebu currently enjoys hugely popular and acceptance across the Constituency and has been tipped to win the contest.

According to Bar. Afebu Aigbonoga, "Luckily for me, my father is from Uzairue, while my mother is a proud South lbie woman. So, l have blood ties with the two clans hence, my allegiance to the two clans".

Bar. Afebu's opponent in the contest, Seid Oshiomole is the younger
brother of APC national chairman and former Edo State Governor,
Comrade Adams Aliyu Oshiomole.
