She warned that violators of the rules would be prosecuted when apprehended.

"If you are expecting a different result, you cannot continue to do things the way you normally do things. The revenue position is not acceptable. If everything is done well, I know you people are capable of improving on the revenue collection. If we have that understanding and the job is going smoothly and nobody is constituting a blockade to what you are supposed to be doing, everything will go well."
Hon. (Mrs) Benedicta Ebuehi assured the executives of the transport unions from Agenebode axis, North Ivie and Okpella that "I am here for you. I want you to be able to do your job well. I want to do my own well.... My own is to create an enabling environment for you so you can function properly. I don't expect revenue from you people to be okay when the environment is not conducive for your work or may be you are the ones even contributing to the problems that you have.
I want to see those changes that we desire. This is a new administration. I am not sending any message to anybody to bring any kobo for me. Every kobo should go into the government purse.
You people are from different communities. You want to see the Council working as well. You want to see certain things in your areas. We need money to do those things."
