North Korea Dares US

...Carries out first Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Test On US Independence Day

In what appears like thumbing the US on the nose and saying 'what can ya do?' the recalcitrant North Korea has not only carried out yet another missile test, it is its first Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) test in a continued defiance of United Nations resolutions banning the country from further missile tests.
As an icing on its claimed new nuclear capability, North Korea chose July 4, 2017 - the United States of America's independence day anniversary - to carry out the test, which it described as a "gift" to the US on her independence day anniversary celebration.
To make matters more worrisome, the tested ICBM is said to be capable of reaching part of US territory, Alaska to be precise.
Media reports had quoted North Korea as saying that the "Hwasong-14 ICBM had reached an altitude of 2,802km (1,731 miles) and flew 933km for 39 minutes before hitting a target in the sea."
ICBM flight track
The question now is whether a brash Donald Trump will continue to allow a stubborn Kim Jong-un to poke him and still have the uncharacteristic refinement to continue to explore diplomatic channels to try to stop North Korea"?
It is just a matter of time.
